I've called Flagstaff home since 1997. Twenty-seven years in this town taught me things about the local market you don't get from a spreadsheet: which neighborhoods have tricky appraisals, how rural and manufactured-home financing actually works once you're past the city line, and what it takes for a self-employed borrower to get approved here. I became a licensed mortgage advisor in 2017, and since then I've helped 375 families close on $121 million in home loans across Northern Arizona.

I work directly with clients throughout Arizona and Colorado, guiding them through home purchases, refinances, and long-term mortgage planning. From your first conversation to closing day, I'm your primary point of contact, here to answer questions, explain options, and make sure you feel confident every step of the way. My approach is calm, consultative, and detail-focused, with a strong emphasis on education and clear communication. I try to catch underwriting problems before they happen, not after, so closings stay on schedule instead of turning into surprises.

Outside client work, you'll usually find me involved in the local business community. I'm a member of the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce and the BNI Flagstaff Elevation Chapter, and I earned my Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA) designation doing this work as part of Success Mortgage Partners here in Flagstaff.
